Vornaya Group is a construction advisory firm founded by a senior construction professional with over 35 years of experience overseeing nearly a quarter billion in combined project value across complex commercial, multifamily, industrial, healthcare, and higher education projects.
We are not a general contractor. We do not certify, testify, or run jobs. We read projects — the schedules, the budgets, the contracts, the subcontractor records — and we tell you what we actually see before problems compound and after they already have.. Written findings. No opinion without a document behind it.
Our purpose is straightforward. Construction works better when the people carrying the risk have accurate information. We provide it.
